For sure the muscles are involved but the disc is the problem. 15 minutes of distraction is waaaaayyyyyy too much. And most of the time the exercises they give you are wrong.
Steretch your hamstrings, arch your back and do the toe pull. Click on the "R" above to find those exercises.
Ultrasound breaks apart the cells of the bone causing the bone to react by adding more bone. Creates arthritis. Don't know what the wand is but if it's electronic it can't help the disc.
Makes me wonder about the future of Chiropractric.
