Or after you drink the bsm drink? Do the effects show up in your urine ph immediately (5 mins?) or is it more like half an hour?
I'm trying to refine this. I think if I give up eating and just guzzle bsm, lemon, and minerals all day I can keep my ph up. ok and kelp :(
