It looks exactly like what I passed this morning in a coffee enema, and what I've passed one other time- and I'm sure they are round worm egg sacs. I'm hoping Newport will verify too.
I'm betting they float, are kind of oval shaped- look kind of like a bot egg larvae- and have the reddish brown baby worms in them? Round worms and
Ascaris are the hardest worms I've found I'm trying to get cleaned up, and I'm sure mine were from killing a pregnant mother round worm.
Are you taking cloves too? Cloves penetrate the eggs to kill what's inside. If not, I would suggest it.
You may have also noticed brownish/translucent, strings of mucousy looking stuff too? That's the adult worm pieces.
Newport, if you do respond- you'd mentioned that strongyloids are one of the things you are finding to be one of your remaining tough worms. Do strongyloids get large, and are they brown? That's what I've been sure my large round worms have been- about the thickness of a rope. Or is that a large ascaris?
