What fast are you doing? Water or Juice. I keep getting told not to have anything on waterfast, but i had some tea, surely you can still get into ketosis or whatever by keeping it to a minimum until you get through the first few days. Anything that helps, surely is better than not doing it at all.
Even on just protein people go into ketosis, so once in that state, it would be easier not to have anything. I only lasted 3 days on waterfast, and am wondering if i would be better off doing a juice fast first. But in some ways the
Water Fast is less hassle.
Is the P&B shakes going to stop you going into ketosis? or auto can't remember the name.
