Started fast today. I'm drinking hot water, boiled and cooled a bit, is that okay. I'm a hot drinks sort of person.
I have the sort of scales that takes your weight and then gives you the percentages of fat, muscle and water. I have always had a low muscle reading to what it should be for my gender, and age and weight.
Has anyone ever gained muscle, in the refeeding period or after, after the breakdown of stuff.
Just wondered.
