It is ten o'clock am here in uk. I've had one cup of tea and a bowl of porridge with manuka honey, and that is all.
Could i start the fast from this point or is it best to start just before bedtime.

Whatever works best for you. Everybodys situation is different. After breakfast is best for me, but I don't eat any solids in the A.M. Ususally a protein shake, or a green smoothie.
