I am rarely still when pulling. I usually am stretching or doing chores. Sometimes I will be on the computer, or close my eyes if I am stressed and dump anything I am carrying around. I am sure there are emotional advantages to doing it in a more sedentary state....but I also know that many toxins are in tissue and muscle and have found there are advantages to working areas (slow rolling of ankles, say, if sore or stretching sore muscles) during the pull because when I have done this these are the areas that feel immediate relief. Also, as I mentioned before, it was not until I was typing while pulling that I got immediate relief in my wrists and elbow and the oil went thin the second I began typing. It is possible they would have anyway but I suspect there is a connection so am curious about it.
There is also this other oxygen type exercise routine I do...pretty much you do a breathing technique that temporarily deprives the body of oxygen while you exercise particular parts of the body, then you replenish it quickly and the oxygen goes directly to those muscle groups you just worked (I have done this also on the treadmill, even though not recommended and man let me tell you it is a rush and the muscle groups you work seem to get twice the workout). Anyway, the first week I did this (the normal exercise routine) I would have swollen glands immediately afterwards as the muscles and tissues dumped toxins. Now, I always feel clearer in sinuses, less sore in the muscles, etc immediately afterwards. I am curious if the pulling would have a similar effect and would pull or target areas that are being used.
I am not meaning to lead anyone astray by testing or suggesting this even though the protocol says otherwise, but the protocol also say only REFINED OIL and none of us are doing that at all. It could well be a cultural thing, the more meditative state while pulling, rather than anything actually medically related to it. I am sure there are advantages to it, just wondering what the advantages might be to exericise.
(Will let you know if I end up puking afterwards...ha ha)
