I wish they were sold in stores where you could look at them, talk to sales people, etc., etc. and if they broke you could take it back to the store you purchased it from and they would fix it. Buying an expensive computor I know nothing about from a web site with never seeing one, not knowing what models are best for my needs, etc., etc. does not seem practical; I still end up buying the wrong pc each time! So my theory is to buy a $400 pc and then junk it when it quits.
From what I have been told, it sounds like I could buy 4-5 pcs for what 1 mac cost and the few with macs that I know of; have said when the mac breaks, NO ONE knows how to fix them.
I DO AGREE, I wish I would have purchased a Mac 10 years ago!
