i have found that magnetism on the body will help with pain systemically. for max effect, it needs to be as close to the source of pain as possible.
be sure and use negative magnetism. positive can stimulate all processes, even pathogenic ones. thats not to say that positive doesnt have its uses, but it must be used with simultaneous negative magnetism somewhere else on the body. be sure its negative and no problem. that energy is normalizing and relaxing. both will ease pain, but negative is the only one to use for longer than, say, 15 minutes at a time all alone.
the closer the magnet, the better. touching the body is best. if you need to use it that bad you should be laying still so you can place it right on the spot. keep magnetic therapy down to 8 hours per day. it is subtle in appearance but can have very strong effects over time.
