I did my first flush this weekend. It did go well and I got out about 100 green stones, pea sized and smaller. I have had BM everyday since then (two days now) but it has been yellowish and pale and with lots of undigested foods. Before the flush it was more clay colored but without the undigested foods. Can anyone please explain this? I wonder if the liver is still in shock (I also did two coffee enemas during the flush) and will recover in a couple of days. Thanks,
