I can't get my ph up for more than a day or so.
However, I can get it up for a day by drinking fresh squeezed lemon juice into water. Though it would seem to be acidic, it goes alkaline in the body.
Also, the epsom salt, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda hot baths followed quickly by cold shower will bring your ph up. I seem to stay at 6.6 - 6.8 unless I do the above and then I can get to 7.2 for a day.
I don't think there is a permanent way to raise your ph. Not that I've found, anyway. However there are certainly a lot of products out there which claim to.
