Some people swish for the full 20 minutes, some swish 3 or 4 times at 5 minutes each. There seems to be two ways of thinking here. Apparently Andreas Moritz
says not to do this longer than 5 minutes, because toxins can be reabsorbed. The Russians and Indians say to do for 20 minutes. I personally go for the full 20. My oil usually starts very watery, and then thickens up, but not always, everyday. It's strange how every morning is like a new pull for me.
I only do it once a day, in the morning. I think many do.
I always sit at the computer and swish...it's the best time! Some say it should be done quietly, during a meditation, other India sites say you should sit on the commode, others time manage and do it in the shower....Let's just say, you probably shouldn't be jogging.
I gargle with warm water and Sea Salt
after. I use Spry toothpaste with Dr. Christophers tooth and gum powder.
Your pulling experience should be your own, and after some time, you'll get into a rhythm.
