Im asking this question for a neighbour. I had no idea that she was in to water fasting.

She heard about my intrest for fasting from my mother. I gave her some information I printed , her husband is gonna translate it for her.

Shes planning to give up the birth control pills the same day she starts her fast.
Is this a good idea?? keeping in mind that quiting the pill will cause a long(er) menstrual cycle. Can the body handel quiting the pill (symptoms) and fasting at the same time.
