so i have been meaning to get some oil but keep forgetting. so today i made a big glass of ozonated (O3) water for myself and had some left over. i thought why not? so i put some in my mouth and swished it around for a good twenty minutes. spit it out and brushed my teeth. wow!! there is no question that they are much cleaner and smoother feeling to my tongue than usual, no question. when i run my tongue over my teeth they feel almost as clean as after a professional cleaning. its really amazing and totally unexpected.

btw, for those who don't know ozone water kills bacteria, viruses, and pathogens of all kinds. it also promotes circulation and boosts the immune system.
