The moisture that breaks up in the mountains + the high winds create shapes that you won't see anywhere else, here are a few examples. These photos were taken 6 years ago, when we first moved here. I was mesmerized by the incredible skies. The vastness + the awesome cloud formations filled me with a feeling of expansion and limitless possibility... I have many more photos in my files. I got used to the beautiful skies and, sad to say, have not been watching them as closely for quite some time. So, at what point did they begin to change here? I don't know.
