I am sure that the potassium content of the "high quality" lemon\lime also helps somewhat. It is still incomplete as far as a mineral supplement goes and any carbon is found in the BS and fruit used...
I tried Ted's BS\ACV or lemon\lime and it was not very beneficial for me at all. I would caution anyone with hypertension\high blood pressure or edema issues to use extreme caution or better, try an alternative to this suggestion.
I like, and appreciate Ted on earthclinic because like ML, he offers affordable, easily accessible solutions to common health problems.
This type of knowledge is a necessity these days in the current environment.
The key here in Ted's suggestions though, is "high quality" fruit or raw ACV.
