I am 53 have done a great deal of research on growing old gracefully.
Studies have been done that show people who maintain good fittness levels,
particularly reistance weight training can shave 30 to 40 years of the way they feel
that is if you are 70 or so. If you are younger then the number would be smaller.
This is my number one goal in life. To maintain my independence.
