The epsom salt in the drink is magnesium sulfate. If you feel that your bowels need some help to get moving, you can up the pinch of epsom salt to 2 pinches or more. It seems to be enough magnesium for me but I also juice leafy green veggies. So if you don't eat well, you may or may not need more epsom salt.
The drink is made to help ones health out but not take the place of smart eating.

This is a reply to # 1,072,541I have been doing baths and the drink for over 2 months now...however down to 2-3 baths a week and I'll go 3-5 days without a drink, but then try to have 1 everyday...my urine pH seems to stay the same..around 6.5 with strips...one time it was 7.25...at this same time I started GSE and my tongue was completely PINK for first time in 2.5 years...it now fades from pinkish to slightly white daily, so I really don't know if it was alkalizing or the GSE that finally turned my tongue around...all my bad Candida symptoms have been gone for some time..just get slight pain in fingers , toes once in a while and too much throat/nose mucous in the am(although both so much better than they were)....my eyes get real red after baths....I am a believer and will continue. Still wonder if parasites (besides Candida) may be a problem..and I have small fatty tumors in my bicep area(Lipoma's, benign, Doc says)...appreciate all thoughtful advice..thanx all. Do you like the JUICING...what machine do you have..I was thinking of getting the Jack LaLane one on TV..it looks pretty solid.Advertisement

Use the Omega 8005 or 8006 if you are going to do leafy greens and grasses... there is a greater yield.
I bought the Omega 8006, and am now considering the Jack LaLanne for softer fruits and such as the Omega is not good for these at all; it gets clogged up with softer fruits.
Ease of use and ease of cleaning will probably be the biggest considerations for successful continued juicing and I do not believe you can go wrong with these two on both counts.

This is a reply to # 1,072,579I use the Waring Pro Juicerator. I don't think I would buy another one. It is way too big and has to be hand washed but it does have a nice large chute and seems to do a good job of juicing.
We might ask Moreless about the fatty tumors. I have a few in my thighs but have not seen any change to them while using this protocol or using lecithin for about 4-5 years. I use to be very active with aerobics and the lactic acid build up added to my already acidic body and may have something to do with it. My muscles/tendons and brain seem to have been the most affected by all the acids.
I haven't been as worried about parasites since I started this. Perhaps ML can explain if or what the "zapper" does for anyone. I tried it before and it made me ill for a while. I assume it probably killed the good along with the bad. I know ML doesn't want us to have a "killing" mentality; just wants us to change the inner terrain by giving it the minerals/nutrients it needs to create electromagnetic energy and let the body do it's job of balancing everything out, instead of "spot cleansing".
Once I started really thinking about all the things that ML has taught us, you can't help but to apply this info to just about everything you can think of. If you look at every illness listed on curezone and apply the alkaline/acid balance idea to it, you will see things in a different light.
