The good news is that you are now going more than two times a week. The bad news is that if you want to achieve perfect bowel operation you will have to try and work towards one movement for each meal, i.e. two meals a day, you go twice, three meals a day, you go three times. Seems improbable, impossible?
Well, the only way to achieve this is to cut out all animal products and revert to the diet we evolved on. Farming and the domestication of animals only started 12000 years ago so you could say all our evolution is based on a plant diet with a bit of meat from hunting.
Of course to give up our western diet which is so intertwined with our social life is not a preferred option unless one has very serious health issues.
What you could do is Google someone like Doctor Richard Schulze
or check him out on curezone site and read about his bowel cleansing programs. He recommends four cleanses a year in between our normal western diet.(One cleanse takes five days)
I started a vegan diet two years ago for other reasons and yes I have three meals a day and have three bowel movements a day. You might think it's a lot of time sitting on the toilet but actually it's less time as the visits are just a couple of minutes, no hanging around waiting for something to happen!
