Tell me why Eggs are bad? Are you listening to the internet disinformationists? Eggs are a superfood like no other. Just look at the nutritional content of the wonderful Egg. Do you understand the importance of Vitamin D? Theres not many foods out there which contain this crucial Vitamin, but the Egg contains it. So if you have no Sunlight or cannot get out enough in it then you should be utilising Egg's. Note also how when you start to tan you no longer produce Vitamin D so therefore Egg would keep your levels up. The negatives put out about eggs are it's high mucus and cholesterol along with it being a scary animal product. Sorry but this doesn't wash except the mucus which is high but if you eat a balanced diverse diet you can buffer this with fruit for instance. The Cholesterol side of the argument is utter useless as we need high levels of Cholesterol and any excess not needed is dealt with via the Liver. Cholesterol is vital and you'll soon see if you do not get it and especially artificially lower it with various drugs. Even natural products which have an effect on Cholesterol can cause problems if you're not eating a correct diet. I know of someone who almost died a few months back from Statin drugs which caused her lungs to fill with fluid which compacted down below hard. She was a mess and needed an operation. Now the animal side is yet more nonsense put around these days. Have you noticed how theres far more disease now since many people followed this mostly nonsense anti-animal foods? One of the big problems is that people stop all animal products completely and do not intake correct foods and the right levels of what they should to TRY to supply the body what it needs. Look at the wonderful amino acid, Tyrosine in Eggs and how that helps with Thryoid function. So whilst the new idiots promote Soy products and milks which kill the thyroid and make you hypothryoid, obese and left with a life threatening condition. If your friend is also eating fruits in large amounts etc then he should be fine. I wouldn't recommend 9-15 eggs daily for someone who doesn't. Everything in balance. I would assume he's taking these raw which is the best way. The Yolk is the best bit but we should always consume things in their whole. Stop fearing everything you shouldn't and fear what you should please. Also rather than worry about Eggs with your friend, worry about all the stress he's putting on his heart and arteries amongst other areas. To be honest he needs the Eggs to keep him alive and repair/cover all the damage his exercise protocol will be doing. I wouldn't do it without them to be honest. Something else to ponder, lets look at soy and how it kills the thyroid just as vegetable oils do. Now we see promotion of Soy Lecithin for the Liver and keeping Cholesterol down. This will kill the thyroid over time amongst many other problems. Now when you eat the Egg your aiding your body and especially Thyroid function as well as cleaning the liver with the Egg lecithin. Yes Egg Lecithin isn't quite as powerful but I know what I'd rather use and live life happy. Look around the remote parts of the World where only until recently tribes people had never saw anyone outside before. What do almost all these people eat? Meat, eggs, fish along with fruit, veg. Some live solely off animal products and live very long lives indeed with most excellent health. Most elderly still walk around like children and do their choirs as usual. So if animal products were so bad then how do you account for this? Again everything in balance, they do not over eat and they work to live which gives them balanced exercise and so forth. BALANCE! I used to follow all the net disinformation and I no longer do this. You must make sure though that your eggs are truely Organic along with any meats. Please do not consume red meats! Research harder and open your mind back up to more possibilities to let the information pass through and get analysised correctly. We get programmed at different levels by people who wish us harm. It's then difficult to release these chains and we end up denying as it once again messes with our sense of reality we've been wrongly fed. Go look at the amounts of health problems right now, never seen when people eat animal products that were animal products and not loaded with chemicals and junk. Whats happened is the establishment has attacked the traditional foods and infact all foods with chemicals and poisons. These then give the impression it's the traditional food causing the Cancer. It's a clever system of trickery they're employing on us. They get corporations like McDonalds to use rubbish meats and cheeses loaded with chemicals making them look plastic. They then have soy and all sorts in the bads/breads. People get ill and then they can demonise burgers and animal products and never the breads with the chemicals etc in them. See the trickery now? So we're told Animal products cause Cancer, so why is it that at one time no body saw Cancer and doctors jumped with joy to witness something rare indeed? Guess what people were eating at that time? Yes meat, fish, dairy and so forth. Your Grandparents were raised on this and their ancestors too, you wouldn't be here now probably if they hadn't. Look at how these foods also aid fertility. Remember the population Control currently going on by the establishment and think why would they like your fertility to go down? Why would they like you to not eat foods which raise fertility? Why would they put chemicals in foods to give you Cancer and lower fertility. Did you know smoking tobacco can actually increase your fertility? Whats happening now under the guise of health? Remember that Organic true tobbaco is used by very fit red indians and so forth. Remember how they wish to keep your body and mentality down. study what these foods do and how they effect the mind and body. Also note how their petrified about their Office of Naval Intelligence operation known as Chemtrail/Aerosoling killing many people off too quickly where it will be well noticed. This is another reason why they create all this anti-smoking trash the same time around the countries within the 'Open Skies Treaties.' Study how the chemical reactions and inhaling of this acts and study the contents we know are within the aerosoling. Get suspicious when the Governments of the World claim they wish to aid your health. The people in control of these very Governments want you dead and at a much smaller level. When they soon employ their new money system which will be totally based on electronic currency they will seriously lower the populations. They will no longer need the amount of people within the Uniform Commerical Code/Maritime Admiralty system. In other words they will no longer need to feed off your Birth Certificates/Strawman Corporation. So think about that. Think about how the Government recently in the United Kingdom have discussed ways of converting the populance to Veganism. Think about that carefully and how they going to do this, if at all? Under the guise of so-called health but using their threat of Global Warming and cattle creating too much wind and cow pats/methane. This was discussed only the other week and yes they come out with daft things like this and have, it was in a mainstream article from a large newspaper and others. Study 'The Iron Mountain Report' for more info on false threats for World Governance. Do you still think their looking after you? Theres many with a lot to say and many with a lot of good information which works and is useful. Do not totally trust one person or a few people and learn from many thenmix their works and see what you feel is right or wrong. It's so easy to fall into the trap they're putting us in. We believe we're leaving their controls when infact we're in yet another. You're dealing with very clever and devious people who've been doing this for thousands of years and have formulas up to their eyeballs on how to control the populances in certain ways and alter they systems. One last thing, take note that the fat of meat products that are NOT organic contain most times high xeno-estrogens. These are the big Cancer causing agents and especially with Prostrate and Breast. Go study how the establishment studied estrogens and how they could control the population with these. Now go and figure why they got rid of glass in favour of plastic. They did this under the guise of health so you wouldn't cut yourself. In truth it was to control/poison your body and also to control yet another area with oil which the plastic is made out of. Study Lindsay Williams to understand why they want everything made with Oil. Your friend exercise will harden his arteries but Cholesterol never does this. They don't tell you that do they! If cholesterol did it then why don't the veins clogg quickly where the same cholesterol travels with less frequency as well hoho.
