The normal large and scary looking hand veins of a 45yr body that tire with usage have disappeared.

The veins are faint, small and delicate in comparison to what I normally have.
I have not checked out my legs, yet. Last seen, I have spider veins on the thighs and two broken large protruding veins, one on shin one behind knee.
