At this point I am a witch, everything irritates me. The ups and downs of detoxing I assume.
I have used prillbeads for years to raise alkalinity of the water we use. Orginally Andreas Moritz
had told me about it.
Here is a link, but when you google prillbeads you will find more info.
When I am at home in MA we have well water and I use the tapwater with prill.
Here in FL I buy distilled water and use my prill with it to raise the alkalinity and I want to measure it.
Here we have chlorine in the tapwater, luckily no fluoride. So I bought this ball, I think I have a different brand than the one in your link, but same system. I hang it under the faucet and it is supposed to get 90% of the chlorine out, so I figured I want to have more than 1 test strip. I am in general pretty sceptical but I try everything.
I have tested the prillbeads before and it did raise the pH, but I probably tested it with my tapwater at home, I can't remember if I tried it with distilled water.
I might have, whatever I did it worked.
I know that the water at home gets cleaner, I have the beads in the toilet tanks, and the bowls stay clean from the iron we have.
They say it also good for septic tanks, what we have in MA too and they say you can clean ponds with it too (I don't have a pond :) ).
It would be great after you filter your water, you buy the beads once and you can have them forever. Pretty cheap.
I sometimes throw a couple of gallons in the bath too it gets rid of the chlorine and some sites mentioned fluoride too, but lately I have not read too much about the fluoride anymore.
