Hi shroom thx for the reply. I wouldnt say its an ichy or painful sensation. I do suspect some type of infection myself but its strange it never happens during the day and its only there when i wake up in the morning. Ive just recently done a parasite cleanse (hummaworm) and it was the same before as it is now! Unless hummaworm didnt kill the parasites, as the mercury from my fillings is still feeding them, not sure if that would be the case though.

Interesting you say about the tongue rubbing the roof of the mouth, just behind my two front teeth in the roof of the mouth, sometimes feels a little torn/worn as if maybe my tounge has been rubbing it during the nite and caused it to do some of the bleeding.

Would you suggest doing another parasite cleanse once my fillings are removed ?(im half way throgh this process at the minute)

But also in my room in two of the corners ive noticed a bit of damp/mold since its become winter, so maybe im ingesting some of this during the nite ??
