Hi Moreless,
Have a couple of questions for you. I know you recommened skim milk with probiotic in the morning - is raw organic whole milk alright since it has not been homogenized/ pasteurized? Also, is raw organic kefir made from colostrum o.k. or is the ph too low? Is there a positive trade off with the large amounts of friendly bacteria or is the acid forming of the milk not worth the large amounts of friendly bacteria that come with it?
Second question is I seem to be quite low in mineral reserves (no surprise there) and like to run on occassion. As I am re-establishing my mineral reserves with your recommended drink/ diet and de-acidifying with the baths, is it a good idea to add extra bicarbonates (baking soda with water or apple cider) prior to running and after? Seems that the extra acids from exercise would slow the process of de-acidifying by drawing on the mineral reserves... appreciate your input.
Last, I get an incredibly acid feeling in my body about an hour or two after eating even if it's mainly vegetables. I seem to remember reading that that may be from not enough HCL and so the body produces it at the wrong times to try and break down food... any thoughts? Could this be just a reaction to re-mineralizing and everything will balance once there are enough mineral reserves??? Is it o.k. to drink the alkalizing drink near food or is best between meals to allow the stomach to produce enough acid to break down the food and not work against it?
Thanks,
Anthony
