Hi Anthony,
Your question: I have three questions I was hoping you could answer. The first, if I am able to get whole raw organic milk (non homogenized, non pasteurized, is this ok in place of the skim or is there anothe reason to get the skim milk). Also with raw milk, how does this affect the alkaline diet? I.e. should it only be drinken in small amounts once in the morning with the probiotic?
Second, what are your thoughts on kefir if it is made from raw, organic grass fed cows and from colostrum and russian kefir grains?
The last question is - I'm an avid runner, only moderate distances but I'm wondering since the body produces lactic acid during exercise if it's not a good idea to have a small amount of bicarobonate, your alkalizing drink, or some mineral supplementation prior and after exercising... especially while I'm trying to get my body back to an alkaline state? Seems like frequent exercise could hinder the progress or support the low mineral reserves I already have by requiring what comes in to go to balancing the lactic acid and not withdrawing acids from the tissues? Appreciate you thoughts on the subject.
Answer: Whole Raw milk is fine to use, for it has not been Homogenized, which is where the problem enters in with the milk Fats not being able to Digest, if they have been Homogenized in the milk !
Of course like everything else, it may depend upon the quality of the milk as to how your body reacts to it ?
And many folks need Probiotics containing both Acidophilus & bifidus to provide their Digestive system, so that they can Digest milk products without any problem, because they may be lacking in these Enzymnes, because of all the Processed foods they may have been used to eating, which do not contain these needed Enzymnes ?
I have never used kefir, so do not have any thing to report about it, other than if it helps you then use it, but if it Causes your body problems, then stay away from it !
But, kefir is a cultured product, so it may Cause one to become more Acidic, if they eat too much of it, without the needed Alkaline Minerals ?
The question about Latic Acids being produced from exercise: If one will learn to adjust their exercise in shorter periods of time, with more Rest periods, then the extra Oxygen taken in may be able to help Neutralize these Lactic Acids Released in the muscles, but when we choose to over-exercise for longer peroids of time, this produces too much Lactic Acid for the amount of Oxygen taken in , thus Causing most of our Aches and Pains to come about !
Proper exercise should provide plenty of Oxygen intake with Rest periods, so that the muscles have been worked, but then given plenty of time in short rest periods to be able to allow the Oxygen taken in to enter into the body and Neutralize the Lactic Acids produced, before doing more Exercise and Causing more Lactic Acids to be produced than what Oxygen or Alkaline Minerals are available to Neutralize these Excess Acids !
If one learns to exercise in this manner, then they can build Muscles without the Pain and Suffering !
To try to Simplify this idea: The Fast exercise to Cause Deep Breathing, then take short Rest periods to allow the Oxygen the time to help Neutralize the Lactic Acids Released, then some more Fast exercise to Cause Deep Breathing again etc !
Of course the Alkalizing drink may help supply extra Alkaline Minerals to also help provide Neutralization of these released Lactic Acids !
Also the Detox Baths using plenty of peroxide may also help Greatly as an after event from the exercise !
Smile Tis your choice.
