Hi All
I am back after husband felt I should wait until after my finals to fast. I felt it was a good idea. So now with finals being over I plan on starting my fast back and incorporate good eating skills when the fast is over. This time I am not even doing it to lose weight, I am doing it to prepare my body for healthy eating. Wish me luck and this time I plan on finishing since school is out until Jan 14. I am not going to say how long I will do it for I will just let my body decide. I do know I am going to do atleast one week of water and maybe switch to juices.

Welcome back! I was wondering where everyone ran off to. I'm still in it for the long haul so I'm in it with you. This Friday I have my co-worker gathering and I'm going out of town for the weekend. As I promised myself, I will give myself those days off as needed. Of course I'm expecting to put on a few Lbs during those 3 days. So Monday I'll be back on board!
