I've just completed my third fast (I kept it short), my longest being 28 days. After christmas I'll be doing a parasite cleanse + kidney cleanse tea and then a series of Liver Flushes which are easy enough. Right now though I'm doing Oil pulling (stupidly easy!!!) which basically stimulates all your organs into tip-top efficiency. Check out oil pulling both hear on curezone & through a search engine like google. As for possible constipation try out an enema. Trust me, that'll get things moving!
