Book VII study is on line now. It is a small study, but a very important study.

You will see my shoes and a very rare picture within the book of Trevor age 3.5 years.

Trevor sleeps on his knees and elbows. He starts out with his head towards the North Pole and as morning comes, he will shift to the morning sunrise facing East.

I have shown his pictures and I believe he is correct in his natural sleeping.

NOTE how his feet are crossed so the large toe over laps the small toe of the opposite foot. His hands are crossed in a similar manner under him, if you didn't know any better, you might say he is in medication/prayer to the life giving morning sun as his body obeys magnetic/electrical natural positions.

Note that his belly does not touch really touch the bed; in Nature this position keeps the body heat in and the organs free to remove their waste all night long.

Those of us that have became too toxic to sleep natural, all have sqaushed organs and poor flowing organs and elimination systems and god help us all that use covers to sleep with!

Those who can't access BOOK VII? You have failed to follow the suggestions of this forum and will always be lacking with what we are talking about.

The only thing I may add to BOOK VII is a short video clip of Trevor walking/running and show how it should be done. I am not that advanced on the use of the computer and will need a little help, first I need to take the video clip and just send it to Elf, he does the magic with the web site stuff.
