Hi to all,
Just wanted to post my experience here to put some rest to a question that I have seen throughout these forums - "What are the stones that people pass composed of and could they possibly be just olive oil and sediment.
I should probably preface this with the fact that I tend to be a skeptic and need to see the evidence before I will believe...So I have really had an open mind regarding the above question.
Well, here I am in the process of my first pre-flush prep work....I have yet to do the olive oil lemon drink, and I'm passing stones and waxy globs (the size of an orange seed) of what appear to be cholesterol. The stones look like the clay colored ones posted on the board. When I crushed them they were waxy and sandy/gritty in texture and the smell was so horrific the only thing that I can relate it to is the odor that wafted from my tooth when my dentist first opened it up to do a root canal...Also ancient rotting matter I suppose.
Anyway, here is the drink I concocted for my pre-flush...Had to be creative due to the fact that I simply cannot handle apple juice.
32 fl
oz of water
1/4+ cup of 100% pure unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 teaspoon malic acid
Sweetened to taste with cherry flavored Stevita to taste.
*Have just ordered some Phosfood and will add a dash of that too next time.
***Should probably also add that I drink the above drink with a straw to avoid the acid hitting the enamel of my teeth as much as possible, then swish and spit Milk of Magnesia.
In between drinking the above drink, I have.....
3 cups hot water with
Herb Pharm's Stone Breaker tincture
Sweetened with Kal's Stevia
***I do the best I can to consume these drinks on an empty stomach so they have a clear route to where I want them do their work.
I also try to squeeze a few glasses of water throughout the day and take 2 teaspoons of Konsyl - which is just plain psyllium with nothing added - in some other type of liquid (Potassium drink) just to flush everything out as fast as possible.
I should probably add that I have been doing this pre-cleanse for about 2 weeks now....Waiting for the right time to do the actual flush....OK, I'm a little chicken! (:
Anyway, I would venture a guess, more people would find these stones ahead of the actual flush if it weren't for the fact that their stools are more solid before the addition of the
Epsom Salts . The only reason I found them was because I preceded this pre-flush with a
parasite cleanse and got in the habit of looking at what came out of my after to my horror seeing a rather large worm....So needless to say, I have been putting the chopsticks from my local Chinese restaurant to good use ever since.
Am ready to break down and get my first plastic colander. Anybody know if there is a specific one to buy that fits standard toilets??!! (: ...Like the one in the pics on the board.
Happy flushing to all! (:
