A juice fast sounds like the perfect thing to help with some detoxing.
Some easy juice recipes that I always use when juice fasting are:
apple/celery
apple/celery/romaine/lemon = this makes a green lemonade and it's pretty refreshing
apple/celery/romaine/carrot
pineapple on it's own
apple/grape
*you can vary the sweetness of these juices by adding more apple if you can't tolerate the veggie taste, it really gets rid of it and tastes more like apple/something.
Sometimes with pineapple juice, I strain it after just because the pulp gets through the juicer into my cup and I don't want there to be any pulp so that my body can focus on detoxing rather than having to deal with even a little bit of digestion.
I wouldn't recommend the banana, banana's cannot be juices, only blended to make a smoothie. I just think that other fruit is easier for digestion if you're really looking for detoxing.

oh yeah and i've had melon juice before, it's pretty good. I always dilute my fruit juices with water thougth because they are pretty sweet and you only need half juice/half water for it to be satisfying
