Apple, apricot and other fruits have small traces of cyanide in them and should NOT be ground up in juices. I'm surprised it said to do that on this website.- Re: some fruit seeds are toxic!! grassman

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,040,586There has never been a case of toxicity relavant to plant based cyanide.The seeds can have more nutrients than the fruit themeselves.
