Man, that blessed herbs Bowel Cleanse is the real deal. Did you order it seperately? Will you do it for the five day fast? That is definitely the best way to do it. Well, I say that. At least it was really good for me. I have done their internal cleanse once before and I recently was going through it and had to stop because I got sick, but will pick it up once I recover, though. They are awesome! Their parasite cleanse seems to be really good, although I haven't heard of too many other people doing it on this forum, and I haven't done any other kinds, so it is hard for me to say how it compares. I have seen a lot of posts about good results from humaworm, which is at humaworm.com and is pretty inexpensive. That's what I will probably do after blessed herbs, partly due to finances. If I was mixing up my own formula from scratch, I'd do a parasite cleanse at the same time as a bowel cleanse, as that will insure the dead parasites are flushed out of the system.

The Blessed Herbs website says their internal cleansing kit gets rid of unwanted guests. So they can probably tell you how long to wait before taking it, or whether you can take it simultaneously.

Keep in mind that the companies selling these kinds of products often err on the side of caution, and you may need to take more than the recommended dose, in order to get a deep cleanse, if that is what you want. But just in case they don't, or in case you are extremely toxic, it is always wise to start with a lower than recommended dose, and slowly build up to the amount you need, to get the results you want.
