I make the lime water at 2 tspns pickling lime per 2/3 gallon (85+ oz) water at a time.
Unfortunately, no matter how much I stir the solution, the pickling lime does not dissolve in the water. It settles to the bottom of the jug over a short period of time.
So, I shake the jug up every time I prepare more of the drink. It's no problem.
Is this a bad thing? Or is this all okay, like I believe it to be?- --answer--lime water question moreless

Answer: No problem !
The water will only hold so much and the rest settles !
I also shake mine up before using so that I can get more of the Lime in the water !
