Mû
I get cold extremely easily during winter, and in this case, autumn. If I am exposed to cold, I start being cold the entire day, like my body can't recuperate its' heat after being exposed to cold. Having a warm pullover helps, but sometimes I even end up freezing anyway. I know this is not normal, nobody I ever knew is this fragile to cold.
I also have very very low energy. I'm rather slim, I eat healthy and do a little exercise everyday, yet I have lower enerngy than some obese people I have in my classes who can handle an entire day of school + go to work until like 10 pm. A day, even little, completely drains me. Shopping for more than 1 hour make be very tired and all I want to do is sit down. When it is intense activity, like soccer or basketball, and that I'm "in it", I have no problem with energy. My mother also has very low energy, so we might be looking at a problem that is genetical.
I don't know if those two problems are linked, or two different things, but they're mainly the two big problems of my life.
Help please!
