Well I think I may be the only one who has gone for the non - electric water distiller from water wise and I just want to say that I love it and it makes such excellent water!

I imagine that it may be a bit more difficult to operate but not so much. And it has the advantage of being able to work even on a campfire if needs be. I do have to keep an eye on it but that is so good for me because I simply set my timer for 30 minutes so i can go and check it and in my case I get the advantage of being kind of forced to have to get up from my computer or my jewelry bench every 30 minutes. This is very good for me because although I have always vowed to do this in order to stretch and take a break I never did. Now I am doing it and it is a really healthy thing to do. I am a designer and spend long hours on the computer and we all know that can be fun but bad for the body without some breaks.

So my distiller is helping me to stay healthy in more ways than one! Also it was the cheapest model.
