Well, DM, you asked this question 25 months ago, but no one seems to have replied -
I don't wear glasses or contacts (or sunglasses, much) and I have exfoliative cheilitis...
but I don't get much sunlight, partially due to my geographical location, partially due to my sleeping schedule, partially due to the facts that I've got very fair skin that sunburns easily, and about 4 years ago I developed contact dermatitis to the common chemical sunscreen ingredients, and the physical sunscreen ingredients clog my pores something rotten, so I know that if I put them on for a day, I'll have Acne
all over my face for a week afterwards, and therefore seldom bother, and prefer to stay out of the sun.
Actually, I think that it would help my entire health if I got a bit more quality sunlight these days, but living in a northern location at the end of November where it's been cold and gloomy for days doesn't make it that possible.
I do take 1000 mg vitamin D, on the recommendation of Dr. Weil's website.
