Cayenne is brilliant for cuts but I can give you another good tip for this also which may come in handy. POTATOS are another excellent method although I'm not sure with severe cuts like Cayenne but any others its amazing. Crush/shred some potato and make a poultice or cut a potato in half and hold the fleshy part of the potato against the wound! Very fast working just like Cayenne!
