Even if I'm just using vco to cook/fry?

If it can effect probiotics do you guys know how much time do I have to wait to take it after meals?

I use threelac since 1 week today, so it's too soon to review it, I know the controversy about it but maybe all this was created by sellers of other products, so I try it to make my own opinion.
