reverse osmosis will remove most, but not all, of the fluoride and even more of everything else. the advantage with RO is that you can do the whole house with it. the disadvantage is that it doubles your water usage as half of your water goes down the drain in order to give you the clean side of the gradient.
when they poison tap water its poisoned. it is like cooking - you can put more in but you cant take it out. so hear is my advice on a fluoridated domestic water system.
1. put magnets on the water coming into the house. this will precondition the water and keep your pipes and water heather from clogging up, extending the life of both.
2. put under-the-sink RO in the kitchen so you have good quality water for cleaning and cooking.
3. get a small distiller like the sears model on sale right now(i have one) and use that water for all your drinking needs. if a recipe calls for lots of water, like a soup, us this as well instead of the RO.
4, put a filter on your shower for the chlorine. spend a very small amount of time in the shower, as 10 minutes is like drinking 8 glasses of said water.
thats as good as you can do without RO on the whole house. and even with RO on the house, i would distill the drinking water. i am lucky because my water is not fluoridated. this allows me get by with just the distiller. i take a showre once a week. i pour all hot water for my bath and let it outgas the chlorine as it cools befor i get in. this has been working well for me.
the fact is, more people need to complain about fluoridation. if everyone would sue the municipalities for the cost of mitigating the addition of fluoride - A MASS MEDICATION OF THE PUBLIC WITHOUT CONSENT OR EVEN BEING INFORMED - then they would be so clogged up in the courts that the federal bribe money they get for doing it would be eaten up in legal costs. thats right, fluoridation is nothing but a strong arming of local governments by the feds in order to poison the public against their will. if that doesnt bother you, youve been on fluoridated water too long.
