Its not just good to eat but i have found that the body is just like any engine. As the engine over heats it needs constant cooling ,that is why there are radiators. When you are fasting or over worked your body is over heating and needs internal cooling and thats where frosen juises aid quikly but sip on them slowly . cool distilled water is very good to/

Years ago I use to buy the weeks supply of fresh food and liquify it all the same day in ice cube trays. When frozen I would transfer to bags and each morning for work I would fill once of those 1/2 gallon truckers mugs with ice cubes and as it melted all day was my food source. With a vitamixer or similar high speed mixer you can grind and liquidfy with a little water just about any live fruit or vegetable.

Doing it when fresh avoids loss to spoilage. Many people allow allot of fresh fruits and vegetables to spoli in the fridge before they have time to prepare them (cook them).
