I have a .25" white lump on my tongue. It started to appear this summer and I thought (hoped) it would go away. I have had candida for almost 4 years now and I got it from kissing. Should I see a doctor or just let it go?. I avoid sweets and have regained some strenth but I would love to get rid of this mess.....thank you for you help..
