So, I think I've lost about 4 pounds so far... (my scale is kinda broken, so never showing the same number).
It doesn't show, I am wondering when it will start showing, pound wise. (like when I've lost 10lbs).- Re: How long till you see results? anyajb12

This is a reply to # 1,017,961losing 4 lbs usually never shows in general. Most people take about 10-15 lbs to show progress.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,018,152Thank you! I'm doing a water fast... but it's been pop and coffee so far. So, tomorrow I really need to get back to water to start seeing results!
