hi
if you are going to do the
Blood Type Diet , then you need to adhere to it, no point doing it otherwise.........
4 years ago I was extremely ill, my hospital consultant diagnosed me with CFS/ME and I requested some allergy tests. They all came back negative but those very same foods I was tested for are the ones that were making me ill.
I was overweight and nothing I tried helped me lose weight until I went on the
Blood Type Diet . After doing it for about 2 weeks the weight just started to go and over a period of a few months I went down 3 dress sizes to what I considered to be my "normal" size.
I was still eating loads of food, I have a good appetite, just NOT the foods which are bad for me.
I still follow the diet and if I eat "forbidden" foods they make me ill again, even in small amounts! Symptoms like bloating, vertigo, loss of muscle strength, headaches, swollen lymph glands, fatigue etc.
If you want to do the diet, try it for a month and see what difference it makes but do it to the letter.
Good luck.
