Sorry to be stupid but I have been trying to find out what and why the salt loading. I have found posts saying to do it but just not why?
Also, I have just gotten a supply of organic detoxified Iodine - AI am wondering why I haven't seen it mentioned ?

This is a reply to # 1,007,559I read somewhere that what you want to take is the inorganic non-radioactive forms. I think I read not to take organic. Maybe someone else can clarify that.
