So, what you are saying that your friend has a child with a disease (and a diagnosis) and the doctors aren't telling her what it is? If it were my child, I'd sure as hell make the doctor tell me what it is....

I think your friend needs to get a bit more proactive with the doctors instead of letting them throw this stuff out there without knowing what it is. Don't you think?
