You should avoid foods you are unable to tolerate!   by #56153   15 year 3 of 3 (100%)

healthy Diet is a diet that excludes foods that you don't tolerate, includes foods you tolerate, while in the same time you are eating large variety of food items. Wide enough to provide your body body with all the essential and accessory nutrients.

To not tolerate some food or to be sensitive to some food does not automatically mean that you are allergic to that food!

It only means that your body or your mind will not give the peak performance while that food is a part of your diet.

Signs of intolerance could be but are not limited to : gas and bloating, abdominal pain, headaches (immediately, or even many days after eating that food ), constipation, diarrhea, sweating, fever, freezing, nervousness, excessive anger, fear, sadness, pain in different parts of body, reaction on the skin, reaction in the eyes, eye twitches, muscle twitches, cramps, tremor, ...

Allergic reaction is different then simple intolerance.
Allergic reaction occurs in blood and is the worst and the last stadium of food intolerance. You don't have to be allergic to any particular food item, but you still may be intolerant of long list of food items.
