I have worked up to about 18 drops that I took for about one month. Most recently I was just taking 6 to 8 drops daily, sometimes up to 3 times per day.

I also recently took it in capsule form. I made my dose like normal, then instead of adding juice, I used a dropper to put the dose into a zize 00 capsule. It takes about 4 capsules to take a 9 drop dose but it is worth it not to taste it! Then you drink 1 glass of water. 14 year ago
