I place 6 drops in a gelatin capsule, add 6-8 drops of 50% citric acid, close the capsule and swallow it with 1/4 glass of cool water. This is he most convenient way, my own change from J, Humble's capsule wayto avoid the taste. I actually don't mind the taste too much, but this is the most portable way, no glass needed to mix it, water can come from a minerl water bottle. 14 year ago
