How often do you take MMS?

I take it in lower doses over a the entire day.

I find MMS seems to have a 4-5 hour impact, symptomatically speaking. I can take 12 drops every 4-5 hours without issue yet I cannot seem to tolerate 15 drops 2-3 times a day.

I find that 8 drops 4 times a day is a nice balance of being symptom free with the knowledge of constant MMS activity. 16 year ago
