I haven't been as disciplined about working up to more drops as I should be. I've experienced nausea (some slight, some pretty bad) and gotten sick (throwing up), and had some liquid bm. But that was in the beginning. I'm more disciplined about the number of drops now.
Also, I've found that if I take the drops 1-2 hours after eating a decent meal (not just something light), I can take more drops and I don't experience nausea, diarrhea, or anything else. This has made a huge difference. My issues before (mentioned above) were partially because I was taking MMS on an empty stomach first thing in the morning - and that just wrecked me for the day. Yes, after reaching 11 drops 2x a day I had some stomach pain at nighr, but not too bad. I also had diareaa for about 22 hours or so, about every 30 minutes. if used to much of the version bought on the net the body rebel against to high acidic level in the body and it is almost impossible to drink, but this works fast and it is not nessecary to take this at all times, someone I know takes this all times and has some sort of radical behaviour. As previously explained, I hit a trigger level when I used 6 drops of MMS with 30 drops of citric acid. Previously 5 drops had no effect, so the 6 drop level produced an effect that was expected anytime according to instructions, but not immediately after the previous dosage, with absolutely no previous indication of a reaction. Other than that, the only recommendation for MMS is not to take it with purified/distilled water, but with apple juice, no additives, as the juice will absorb the released Chlorine Dioxide gas in the stomach, and the gas will not be burped with a very unpleasant taste of pure Chlorine. The only time I got a bad "Herx" was when I first started MMS2 to treat a UTI, and I used a bit too much for my initial dose. But I don't regret even that because this tells me that my threshold is actually higher than I've been going and my pathogen load (I have Lyme disease as well) requires more of an aggressive approach.
